How we use it
IMA uses this information to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and continue relevant project conversations. We do not use proposal details for unrelated advertising.
Delivery and service providers
Form submissions are delivered to IMA by Resend, our email delivery provider. Information may also be processed by the hosting and technical services needed to operate and protect this website.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess a potential engagement, meet operational obligations and resolve disputes. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission is completely risk-free.
Cookies
The website does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential platform or security technologies may be used to deliver and protect the service.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information connected to your enquiry, subject to applicable requirements. Contact info@ima-adv.com and include enough detail for us to identify the request safely.
